1. Plans & pricing

Unstore Decor offers two membership plans:

• Unstore Bins — priced per bin per month, including 4 doorstep round trips per year. Additional round trips are $69 each.
• Unstore Bulk — a flat monthly rate for one bulk container, with no round trips included. Each pickup or dropoff is $69.

Both plans, along with the XL item add-on, can also be billed annually: you're charged for 11 months upfront and the 12th month is free. See Section 3 for annual billing and cancellation terms.

Prices are billed monthly (or annually, if selected) and may change with notice — we won't change your price mid-billing-cycle without telling you first.

2. Minimum commitment & cancellation

• Minimum commitment is one month (or one year, for annual plans — see Section 3).
• You can cancel a monthly plan anytime after the first month with no penalty.
• To cancel, contact us and we'll schedule a pickup of your empty bins.
• Because our plans are built around seasonal doorstep visits (roughly once a quarter), we recommend planning for at least a 3-month commitment to get real use out of the service — but nothing stops you from canceling sooner.

3. Annual billing & cancellation

If you choose annual billing, your card is charged the full annual amount upfront — 11 months at your plan's monthly rate, with the 12th month free. Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term unless you cancel before renewal.

If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, we'll refund the unused portion on a prorated basis, calculated by full months remaining in your term. For example, canceling 3 months into a 12-month term refunds the value of the remaining 9 months.

Round-trip fees and other one-time charges are not affected by cancellation and are not refundable, since they cover services already rendered.

4. Round trips (doorstep pickups & dropoffs)

A round trip is a scheduled dropoff of empty bins/container and pickup of full ones, or vice versa, timed to the seasons. Visits are left at your doorstep — no one needs to be home.

• Unstore Bins includes 4 round trips per year. Need a round trip beyond that? Each additional one is $69.
• Unstore Bulk does not include any round trips — each round trip is $69.
• Want access to your stored items outside a scheduled visit? We can drop off your bin(s) or container for the same $69 round-trip fee, since we don't currently offer walk-in access to our storage facility.
• Empty bulk containers are collapsible and weigh 61 lbs, but require a hard, level surface for pallet-truck pickup. On delivery, we set them up in your garage, carport, or another covered space you designate — not grass, gravel, or the open driveway — rather than leaving them on the doorstep. Please make sure that space is clear, covered, and accessible on your scheduled delivery day.

5. What we store

We store your bins or bulk container and their contents. We do not inspect, sort, or organize the contents. See our Bin Care Policy for what can and can't go in a bin or bulk container.

6. Ownership

The bins and bulk containers themselves remain the property of Unstore Decor. Everything inside them remains your property at all times.

7. Service area

We currently serve Washtenaw County, MI, with expansion into metro Detroit underway. Service availability outside these areas isn't guaranteed.

8. Our right to end service

We may end a membership for non-payment, abuse of staff or drivers, storage of prohibited items (see Bin Care Policy), or other violations of these terms. We'll make a reasonable effort to contact you first.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
