Pack carefully, close the lid, keep it to decor. We handle every bin and container like it's our own. Here's the detail.
For everyone's safety (and your decor's), please don't pack:
We reserve the right to refuse or return a bin that contains prohibited items, and repeated violations may result in ending your membership.
Empty bulk containers are collapsible and weigh 61 lbs, but pickup requires a pallet truck, so where we set one up matters. On delivery, we place your container in a garage, carport, or other covered space with a hard, level surface — not grass, gravel, or an open, uncovered driveway. Please make sure that space is clear, covered, and accessible on your scheduled delivery day. If no qualifying space is available, we may not be able to complete delivery, and a return trip fee may apply.
Every bin is sealed with a numbered, tamper-evident seal at pickup and scanned at every handoff, so we always know which bin is yours and whether it's been opened since we last saw it. Bulk containers are tracked the same way at the container level. We store everything in a climate-considered facility and handle each item the way we'd want our own decor handled.
We carry a $1,000,000 commercial general liability policy to cover loss or damage that happens while your belongings are in our care.
We're not responsible for:
The bins and bulk containers themselves remain our property (see Membership Terms). If a bin is lost, missing, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned in usable condition, we'll charge a $59 replacement fee. A lost, missing, or damaged bulk container carries a $265 replacement fee, given its larger size and cost.
If you believe something was lost or damaged while in our care, contact us within 30 days of your bin's return with a description of the item and, if possible, photos. We'll work with you to resolve it.
